About TREIT

Temple Real Estate Investment Trust ("TREIT") is an open-ended real estate investment trust created to acquire hotel properties in primary and secondary markets across Canada.

The main objectives of TREIT are as follows:

1. To generate stable and growing cash distributions on a tax efficient basis;
2. To enhance the value of TREIT's assets and maximize long-term Unit value through the active management of its assets; and
3. To expand the asset base and increase distributable income through the acquisition of additional properties.

The focus of TREIT is to acquire hotel properties in primary and secondary markets across Canada with stable cash flow and the potential for capital appreciation which, when combined with experienced management, will provide Unitholders with cash distributions and growth in investment value.

TREIT commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on October 3, 2006. The first property acquisition of TREIT is Temple Gardens Mineral Spa. Temple Gardens Mineral Spa is a 179 room, full service hotel and spa complex which is located in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan and is connected to the Casino Moose Jaw.
