Atlific Hotels & Resorts and other leading hotel management companies will provide property management services to the trust. Atlific is an affiliate of Ocean Properties Ltd., one of the largest management companies in North America. Atlific currently manages over 30 properties across Canada, including hotel brands such as Marriott, Best Western, Comfort Inn and Holiday Inn.
